- Pay all agreed charges and applicable taxes or duties.
The customer is responsible for any losses or delays resulting from inaccurate information.
4. Prohibited Shipments
Customers must not ship goods that are prohibited by applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons and ammunition (unless legally authorized)
- Counterfeit products
- Hazardous materials without proper documentation
- Explosives
- Restricted chemicals
- Live animals (unless specifically agreed)
- Any items prohibited by Iraqi or destination-country laws
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment.
5. Quotes and Pricing
All quotations:
- Are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- May change due to fuel surcharges, customs fees, exchange rates, carrier charges, or government regulations.
- Do not include taxes, customs duties, inspections, storage fees, or additional charges unless specifically stated.
6. Payments
Customers agree to:

- Pay additional charges incurred due to delays caused by customer actions.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
7. Customs Clearance
Our company may act as an intermediary for customs clearance.
The customer remains solely responsible for:
- The legality of imported/exported goods.
- The accuracy of customs declarations.
- Required licenses and permits.
- Payment of customs duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for customs inspections, delays, seizures, or penalties imposed by government authorities.
8. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.
